How many staff MEMBERS can I bring?
You can have a maximum of 5 staff for stalls
You can have a maximum of 2 staff for table-top stalls
Where do I get my exhibitor STAFF passes and when?
Please collect your exhibitor passes from the Production Office during loading day on Friday 27nd September 2024
Upon arrival for loading, security will direct you to the Production Office.
You will receive your 5 staff passes and your 1 parking space pass for on-site parking during the event. Other vehicles must be parked in Westfield Stratford car park at your own cost (note there are height restrictions) - more details here.
How many friends and family tickets do I receive? How will I get these and when?
Complimentary family and friends tickets will be emailed to you prior to the event. They will be sent from Ticket Tailor - please do check your junk/spam.
Are children allowed on-site during set-up hours?
Children are NOT permitted on-site during set-up hours on Friday 27th September 2024 and from 7-11am on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September 2023.
What time can I arrive at London Stadium on loading and event day?
Exhibitors are able to come in to the Loading Bay between 11am - 7:30pm on Friday 27th September to set up stands. You must book a loading slot to unload for 30 minutes only. You will then have to move your vehicle to your parking spot. Only one parking pass is provided per exhibitor (collected on arrival)
On Saturday 28th September 2024 exhibitors can arrive between 7am - 9:30am. You will also have to book a loading slot between these hours.
Please note: no trolleys will be provided for transportation of goods on-site.
Where is the loading bay and how do I access this? Is there a map?
The loading bay is located at Bridge 3 in London Stadium on Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST.
Please be aware that ‘Bridge 3’ or ‘Gate 3’ at London Stadium does not appear on Google Maps.

Where do I park once I have off loaded my vehicle?
Each company will be provided with ONE space in the car-park - you will be directed by our team and given a permit on set-up arrival which must be displayed at all times.
Any further vehicles should be parked in the Westfield Stratford City car-park at your own cost (note there are height restrictions) - more details about Westfield parking can be found here.
I have a delivery coming - what do they have to do to gain access ?
Please book any incoming deliveries into a loading slot - please reference your name, company and stall details when booking a loading bay slot. You must be on-site to receive and sign for the goods.
Will there be electricity running overnight?
Yes, power will be available from your set-up day on Friday 27th September 2024, staying on until breakdown starts on the last day - approximately 8:30pm Sunday 29th September (after security clearance).
Are storage facilities available?
There are no storage facilities available at the venue. You are welcome to store within your allocated stalls as security services are available overnight. Do not leave any valuables in your stalls.
Are there water facilities on-site?
Water will be available and situated in certain areas within the venue. Please ensure you bring vessels for transportation on-site. No trolly are provided
ALL COOKING STALLS MUST ENSURE THEY HAVE HAND-WASH FACILITIES AVAILABLE WITHIN THEIR STANDS.

I have a freezer van. Where can I park this and where can I get an electric socket for this?
Please contact support@algebrafestivals.com to arrange by Friday 13th September 2024 and make payment for the extra electric socket.
Will there be an inspection?
There will be an official health & safety inspection on Saturday 28th September 2024 at 10.00 am. Please have your stand ready by 9am You must be present for this inspection.
Throughout the day on Friday 26th September 2024 there will be an internal World Halal Food Festival inspection as you finish setting up.
When does pack down/breakdown start?
The event will close at 8pm and security will begin clearance of all public BEFORE breakdown can commence.
You are not permitted to begin breakdown until the security have advised it is safe to proceed. This will be at approximately 8:30pm.
Can I pick up my stuff on Monday?
No. ALL items must be offsite by Sunday 29th September by 10pm. Anything left behind on stalls will incur a fine.
What is provided with my stall?
ALL STALLS ARE PROVIDED WITH A NAMEBOARD and a gazebo - please do not bring your own tent.

Cooking stand packages: have 12kVA included in the original price. All cooking food stalls will have a extra designated 3x3 metre prep area with their stall space
Market stand packages: have 1 × 13 AMP included in the original price.
Tabletops: Include a parasol and do not include electrics
Please note, any additional electrics ordered on the day will be subject to a surcharge. You can order extra electrics here - deadline is Friday 13th September.

3x3m: 3 metres by 3 metres
6x3m: 6 metres by 3 metres
can I put up my logo or banners?
All stalls are provided with a nameboard on the top of the gazebo. Only the nameboard will be set up alongside your gazebo for you.
You are only allowed to display your logo, banner, or other signage within and on your designated stall space and we do not provide a set-up service apart from your included nameboard and gazebo. If you choose to display any signage, it must be securely fastened and should not cause damage to the gazebo or surrounding area. Any damage incurred will result in a charge. Please note that pop-up banners are not permitted outside your allocated space.
