Please book your loading slot time for the World Halal Food Festival 2024. If your desired time is not listed, then it has already been booked by another exhibitor. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the times listed below.

All stalls will be given ONE 30 minutes slot to unload, before you will be asked to move your vehicle to the Exhibitor's car park.

Please note that Stalls A, B & C will be able to park near their stand to offload, before moving their car to the car park.

One space per exhibitor is allocated only in the Exhibitor’s car park. On arrival, you will be provided with your staff passes (max 5 passes) at the production office & 1 parking pass for on-site use after your 30-minute un-loading slot booking. Any further vehicles will need to park in Westfield Stratford at their own cost. For more Westfield parking information click here.

B stalls will be required to use the designated loading bay due to weight restrictions which will be a minimum of 20-30 metres from your stall. If you have any heavy goods, please ensure you have a trolley as these cannot be provided onsite.
