Delicious venison biryani recipe
You'll Need:
Venison, diced (Halal Venison available from tariqhalalmeats.com)
Oil
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Cumin
Mustard Seeds
Ginger
Crushed Garlic
Onions
Tropics Achar Gosht Masala
Fresh coriander
Pomegranate seeds
Rice
Prep and Cooking Time:
25 Minutes
Directions
Set your rice up and get that cooking first
Pound the venison
Heat oil in a pan
Add cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, and mustard seeds to the pan
Mix together, add venison, cook until the meat turns brown
Stir in crushed garlic, onions and Tropics Achar Gosht Masala
Add in some water, let it sizzle
Add fresh coriander, stir in well and let is sizzle some more
Stir with rice and add in some pomegranate seeds for extra pop of flavour and you’re done!
